AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME !!! Hired them to do an anniversary display and couldn’t be happier! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you Kristen. You are awesome!

I have used Orlando Birthday Gram twice in the past year and each time Kristen has exceeded my expectations! I live in Maryland and was organizing these surprises long distance. The first time I ordered a display, I was having difficulty and called her directly. She was incredibly helpful and patient as I worked through what I wanted. My dad was totally surprised by the display and was the talk of the Village as many neighbors stopped by and admired the display. Six months later, I again called Kristen for a last minute display for my mother. Kristen was again, a delight to work with! She worked with me despite my last minute call. She had a busy evening, but managed to make sure my mother’s display was set up overnight (90 minutes away from her home). My mother was totally surprised and again had neighbors stopping by all day to admire the display and wish her a happy birthday.
