Worst customer service.
I walked into this store to mail a package to a dear friend. When I walked in there was only one other person in there. Noted they were helping this customer, but the least they could’ve done was say «hi, I’ll be right with you». I stood there for about 7 – 10 minutes and not a single word was said to me. I would’ve been happy with with a simple «hello» but that was no where to be found. So I turned towards the door and walked out. I will not be taking my business there again.
Customer service goes a long way and when you don’t acknowledge a customer you lose.
