As a somewhat new homeowner knowing simple things about the plumbing in my home can be a life saver. For example, when I was renovating my bathroom I could not figure out how to turn off the main water due to a hidden valve at the bottom of a closet…
Huge thanks to Thonus Len Plumbing for going out of their way to help me over the phone to locate this valve. What could have easily been a $ 200 service call to move a lever became a pleasant quick phone call with a knowledgeable plumber.
Although I’m embarrassed to admit that I was unable to find this valve I’m happy to write this review. I will be going to Thonus Len Plumbing and Heating for all my needs in the future. Huge thank you for your help.
