Rude rude rude! Not only are they rude but they are remodeling the store during business hours making the entire transaction worse than it had to be. The store closes at 5:30 pm why not do the renovations then?
Finally, if you’re going to send my package with the US POSTAL SERVICE then you should know how much the «surcharge» you are passing on to the customer. Why would I use you if it’s going the way of the post office.
Fed-​ex or USPS is the only way I will go. What CAN’T BROWN DO FOR ME?

I bring in whatever odd thing I want to ship and it is never a problem or concern

Pros: My packages get dropped off and always get delivered. UPS service from this location is good.
Cons: This particular store is a bit disheveled, with lots of random stuff lying around. It looks like they are in the middle of packing for a move, but it’s been like that for as long as I can remember.
