McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They consistently screw up even the simplest of orders. Many of the staff members don’t speak enough English to understand ‘extra ketchup’. It’s a really sad state when you can’t go to Mickey D’s and have your order delivered quickly and correctly after repeating yourself five times.

this mcdonalds is in a great location right off of RT17.
I usually stop here or at the dunkin donuts on 17 on my way home from newark airport when i have extremely late flights or red eyes.
As far as mcdonalds go they have everything all the others have burgers fries and chicken. I went here last week and the burger i had came out hot the snack wrap was room temp not warm at all but that dosent bother me. If you are on RT17 and feel like MCD. this MCD is in a great location to stop at or if you are traveling upstate its quick and easy to grab a bite to eat.

The food pretty much is and tastes the same at this or any other McDs. It’s definitely not one of the cleanest. I refuse to eat inside anymore with my kids. There is always a wait in the drive-​thru. Lately I’m told to park after I order and pay and they will bring my food out. Only problem, they tell me and five other cars behind me the same thing. 3 out of 10 times my order is incorrect. Lastly but most importantly the customer service is horrible. The men staff are alway pleasant, but the women are a little snippy and not cordial and friendly at all. I give it 2 stars only because of the close proximity to my house and that its McDs. I’m considering going to the one down the road in Ramsey.

Wow 4 star reviews for McDonalds! I pulled off the highway for a quick coffee fix and walked inside and found this McDonald’s to be an exception to most I’ve visited it was very clean and great service from the friendly staff. My order was taken really fast and was served up fast and accurate. I don’t really travel this highway a lot but this one deserves a bookmark.

Mmm sausage mcmuffin. They always get my order correct here. No complaints whatsoever. The drive-​thru employees are so sweet and happy they are the ideal when it comes to fast food.

Its open 24 hours. Its typical american fat food.

Why is every macdonall drive thru so ignoring always have to repeat what i wanted when I have coupons they give such nasty attitude… well the same shit happened to this one… on a long ass road trip… so didn’t want to dick around looking for somewhere good… so got fast food and eat in the car since we couldn’t be late… we spend like a good hour waiting for the food and telling what we wanted not cool since this is a fast food restaurant should be FAST … If You want cheap and fast food you get shity and bad service/​food ughhh lol
