Mcdonalds in mahopac service sucks. I was there the other day and only 7 customers and the staff and msnagrrr were so fuckin slow and soooo not organized. Its not even busy so what’s the ptoblem. Ill spend more at a diner. Mcdonalds went dwn hill. Staff sucks tooooooo slow

Its McDonalds, you get what you pay for, with that said it is actually cheaper than the one in Carmel, but with that said –1 star for the slightly longer than usual wait time. Recently they have shaped up a little more but still are laggy.

Not very clean. Workers barely speak English. ALWAYS gets an order wrong. Milkshake always tastes like it’s mixed with strawberry when I’ve always asked for chocolate.

Could not even finish my meal with the amount of flies. Not one employee spoke enough English to understand my complaints. Employees on their break were sitting with their feet up on chairs and making a ruckus. I will NOT be returning!

An obvious language barrier causes mistakes in orders often, however the food is usually spot on (for McDonalds that is).
Service is usually medium to fast which should be expected, i never really have any complaints about the food. I think that is the point though of chain restaurants, to have that consistency from store to store.
Parking is easy.
My major gripe with this place is the language barrier. Yes… a language barrier… at Mcdonalds. This personnel are native Spanish speakers which shouldn’t cause an issue but for me creates an erroneous order about 30% of the time which is way too much. Check your order before leaving!
