Place is closed now… Don’t bother showing up. Unfortunate, it used to be really good!

The service is horrible here, and also their flavors are terrible. I told the girl the honey is going bad and she didn’t even take it down from the front. It’s disgusting. I just watched multiple people come in and have to yell hello to the back to get a sample cup then they always walk straight to the back. CHILLERBEE is the best fro yo place in the woodlands I go there almost every day but tutti fruiti was closer for me and I regret not making the extra drive and regret the money I just spent. Yuck! What a waste of money. The fro yo comes out of the machines super soft(not completely frozen) and tastes like ice milk. It’s overly sweet too! Poor quality for sure. The toppings are not very exciting and they don’t have hot fudge, Nutella or peanut butter sauce. Such a deal breaker! The young girls that work there have no personality and it’s obvious they really don’t want to be there. Seriously, don’t go here.

Please post correct hours. I showed up at 9:04 pm and doors were locked, when hours state 10 pm closing time, not okay, very unhappy. I don’t know that I’ll visit this location again; this is the second time this has happened. It’s HEARTBREAKING when you have your heart set on some froyo and y’all close early.

Post correct hours. Were there at 9:15 and the door was locked. Either hours have changed or employee decided to lock up early. Frustrating with kids…

The new owners have really made some improvements. There are tons of different flavors and every machine is working unlike the last business owner. My family and I are very excited because for this couple months, we missed our tutti frutti trips.

We had a horrible experience at this Tutti Frutti a few weeks ago. We went in around 7:00pm and the two employees were already cleaning up to close. We noticed right away that there were only 3 flavors available and all the other machines were closed. My kids were very upset but they picked their flavors and we moved on to the toppings which were also very limited. We then sat down and my two year old immediately spilled some of her yogurt on her shirt. When I asked for a napkin, I was told that they were«all out of napkins». We finished our yogurt and I took my 2 year old to the bathroom to wash her hands. The bathroom was«out of order». By then, my two year old had chocolate yogurt all over her hands(typical toddler). I complained about the lack of napkins and the employees offered me an old wet rag to clean off my daughter. Nasty! We won’t be returning.

The pink lemonade sorbet has MADEMYLIFE!!! As a lactose-intolerant individual living a life doomed to over-priced store-bought frozen soy and/or coconut milk desserts, I was so happy to find sorbet here. They only had three flavors, but that’s more than most yogurt shops! My boyfriend went HAM on the chocolate froyo with cookie crumble toppings. He was skeptical about froyo before we visited, but after a giant cup from Tutti Frutti he’s been converted. Getting to pick out my own sour gummy worms to top the sorbet was… well, it was the gummy cherry on top of the whole experience. I hate the lemon/lime ones! REDANDBLUEALLDAY, SON! The kids at the counter were friendly and helpful, allowing us to try some samples. It’s a «serve yourself» sort of place where you put whatever you want in the cup(yay mix and match at no addt’l charge!) and pile on your toppings. They weigh it, price it out, and you’re done. Not the cheapest dessert in town by far, but definitely worth it on a sweltering day. The place is clean, refreshingly cool, and inviting. All of the machines were working the day we visited. Tons of parents with their offspring started pouring in which made it our cue to leave, but that’s to be expected what with the GameStop next door… not gonna act like we didn’t go there beforehand, too.

No customer service! Tasted bad! With TCBY right around the corner there is no reason to come here. Tcby has hand scooped and soft serve!

We used to go to this place on a regular basis however now more than half of their machines are«broken». I think we had four favors to choose from last time we went. It’s been like this for three weeks now and they haven’t even had granola toppings for just as long!, seriously out of granola!!! Walk down to target and buy some granola already!!! This manager needs to get his/her act together in a hurry because as soon as we find some place better we aren’t coming back. In fact, I think we will follow Rhonda to TCBY.

I used to like this place(the yogurt is good) but up until the past few weeks, they’ve had numerous machines broken down & don’t seem to be in any hurry to get them fixed. I called(Magnolia store) & asked to speak to the manager & the clerk said he’s usually @ another location. I called other locations nearby to try & find him but it seems like they are keeping him hidden or something… SERIOUSLY! don’t go here unless u aren’t picky. there are only about 5 machines working. i give up… i’ll go to TCBY from now on.

WOW! okay where else can you find more than a dozen flavors {the company actually has more than 40 flavors that rotate frequently} top with all sorts of fresh fruits, nuts are candy pieces?! NOWHERE Except here! The flavors are fabulous. The yogurt is rich to the point of feeling and tasting more like ice cream soft serve. The stuff practically refreezes once it sits in the cups. So be prepared for *COLD*! My major problem with this place is they charge by the ounce and their«small» cup holds 12 – 15 ounces. So this is like unethical marketing genius. Also they don’t have cones at all so they are producing a *LOT* of trash with cups and plastic spoons that could be eliminated by having edible containers.
