Subway

I’m really fed up with this place! In the past 3mon anytime I come here this Subway has been nothing but problems. They are always short staffed with a 15−30min wait time, they awkwardly bicker with each other or have attitude, they don’t keep up with restocking their food choices, and they never seem they’re «on earth» while making a sandwich. Is it that hard?

Staff here is slow, they have no sense of urgency. This place is a franchise and all the sandwiches should be made the same but they aren’t. I only go here because this is the only one conveniently located by my work.

I came in here to an extremely rude employee, the receipt says her name is Jana, but I can’t be sure since she covered her name tag with tape. I ordered a tuna salad and she asked what I wanted on it — tomatoes, black olives, and shredded cheese. So she puts ONLY those ingredients in the bowl and tries to hand that to me. I actually had to tell her that I wanted lettuce and tuna on my TUNA SALAD. She gives me an annoyed look, adds those ingredients and packs it up without asking what dressing I’d like. She didn’t toss the salad, cut the tomatoes or anything. I asked for extra crackers and she said «well it only comes with 2 packs.» I ended up having to get her to remake the whole thing and she did it right after I got a little irritated, but she was very mad at me. She said that it was MY fault that she didn’t make it right and that I should have told her I wanted lettuce and tuna on my tuna salad. I’ve gotten several tuna salads at other Subways and they never had to be told to use lettuce and they always toss it and grind the ingredients. She also said she was the new manager there which was clearly a lie because the receipt says she’s a clerk and nobody in their right mind would hire somebody so incompetent as a manager.

The staff here is so great! Extremely friendly and they all know how to make sandwiches well! Definitely the best subway experience I’ve ever had.

This is my favorite Subway to go to. They make their sandwiches really worth the drive. I have never had a problem with the service. I love that they have spinach, not that many do.
