We just love Dr. Coe! He puts my daughter at ease and she enjoys coming to the office to see him!

My child got sick the morning of her appointment. I called at 9am to let them know she wouldn’t be able to make it to her 3:20pm appointment and I would need to reschedule. They returned my call to let me know that I would be charged a $ 100.00 fee to reschedule since I didn’t give them a 48 hour notice. Who knows that their child is sick 48 hours in advance? My daughter has been going to Dr. Coe for 10 years and this is our first time to have to cancel an appointment like this. I thought I was being respectful not to bring a sick child into a facility to infect the staff and other children. A ridiculous policy and bad business to loyal clients. Not returning.
