Micah Coston IS Silver Fox Roofing & Remodeling! I met Micah at a business networking event and was extremely impressed with his dedication and involvement as a business owner. I live in an older home and decided to call Micah for a roof inspection. He was very professional, thorough, and honest. I had evidence of water leaks in the ceiling, and he was honest in saying that the spots were old damage, the roof was in good shape, and there was no need to worry about those particular areas. However, he showed me a different part of the roof where I had no idea there was a problem, and he showed me where the person who installed that roof used the wrong kind of shingle and now water is seeping in between the shingles and softening the drywall in the house. I was so impressed by Micah’s assessment that I recommended him to a realtor friend of mine, and now she uses Silver Fox Roofing for her clients’ roof inspections and repairs. I was most impressed by the fact that he and his staff wear harnesses to keep them safe while working on the roof, and they hand nail every shingle to make sure the materials aren’t damaged (by, say, a pressurized nail gun).
After the great roofing experience, I later called Silver Fox again to ask about remodeling work. Micah gave me an estimate for some remodeling work (I am looking to install load bearing beams so we can have an open floor plan on the ground floor). While talking about remodeling work, I trusted Micah enough to ask about some basic repairs I need to complete around the house. He conducts his business with such integrity that rather than keep adding work/​labor into the estimate, he showed me how I can do many of the simple repairs myself to keep costs down (unless, of course, I’d rather just have him take care of it).
