Fab-​u-​lous, the gentleman at the drive thru provided me with absolute great services, he was so attentive to my needs and very respectful. My food was made exactly like ordered, cashier was very respectful and very socialable. quality of my food was at a great temperature once I returned back to work, and it was a very delicious supper.
As from what I could see, parking lot and drive thru could use a little more cleaning, and this location is in adjacent to the Shell gas station and corner store.

Customer service is nonexistent & rude! They don’t honor prices on their own menu, then argue you down. The manager went out there, saw it and STILL didn’t honor it! These heifers even had the nerve to discuss whether or not they were going to honor the posted prices in spanish with me right between them. Talk about rude… oh yes, consider BK complaint headquarters notified.

I did file a complaint and a local representative phoned me. She listened, attempted to appease, and offered me free food which I turned down. But the fact she phoned, really listened, & promised to address the issue, was suffice for me.
Update: They ended up sending me a gift card. Kinda ironic since they could have just honored the listed price, but now they are out 10 times as much. But I appreciate the gesture none the less. I’m sure the lady that phoned had a lot to do with it.
