Holiday Inn Express & Suites Magee

Very nice room, spacious, and the front desk lady was simply amazing… i forgot to get her name… she was an older lady… but she knows all about customer service. She was very accommodating! Very excellent customer service!!! That is the biggest reason for the 5 stars! That lady right there!

This hotel was three stars until breakfast. The bed was fine. The water was hot. The towels were clean. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating. The internet was free. The parking was plentiful. There’s an indoor pool. A workout room. A business center. Sure, it’s no ritz Carlton. But it’s not supposed to be. It’s a nice spot to get some sleep when you need 8 hours total. For about $ 100, that’s good for me.
But wow, the employee overseeing the breakfast might have been the most rude person I’ve encountered in years. She rudely talked to my 5 and 3 year olds, and walked around appearing to talk to herself, but actually that was her orange Bluetooth in her ear to which she was communicating.
