So, even for small town greasy spoons (which is the most positive way to view this place), I’ve had better. Much, much better than the sad, though busy and cheap, state of affairs here. But, I mean, eh, it’s fine, especially if you were warned in advance.
That’s not «flavor» dripping, it’s grease. Grease is not a seasoning. And do note from my reviews, it’s not like I’m a health food nut. I just want things to be really tasty if I’m going to commit to the gym time to keep from a major cardiac event in my immediate future.
This place is not that. Entirely miss-​able if you’ve ever been anywhere else, ever, and had a good — well seasoned — burger.
Noise, noise, noise. Definitely not worth traveling; if you’re a block away and it isn’t busy, might be worth a visit. Note, I wrote: might be.

Would not even give one star. We came in and sat down. The cook came over to get our order, never greeted us and had the attitude that we were a nuisance. After he took our order he started to prepare and cook our meal as well as other guest’s meals. At this time he reached into the fridge to grab the prepared balls of meat and put them on the grill. Next he grabbed the buns and toppings and started to dress the burgers. He also went to the back to check his phone and eat his burger. Never once did he wash his hands and all of the food was cross contaminated. We are disgusted and will never go back!

I’m from Michigan and have not had a burger this good in a long time! Slide up to the bar very friendly people. I we’ll definitely be back next time I am this way.

Everyone that comes to Madisonville should eat a Ferrell burger. How long has this place been here? Forever?

The waitresses were really sweet. The burgers were delicious and extremely affordable. I really appreciated the small town feel. I am so glad we were able to stop here and try something local instead of the usual boring chain restaurants.

Delicious and inexpensive burgers that are made-​to-​order right in front of you. The servers are friendly, and the burgers are dripping with delicious flavor. Definitely recommend for a simple, artery-​clogging meal.

Best hamburgers in the area. If you’re in this area you HAVE to try these burgers!!!
