Bob and the rest of the staff at Westfield Comics (on Mineral Point Road) have always been friendly and helpful for me. They all seem very knowledgeable to me. In fact, Bob recommended a couple titles to me once he had a feel for which books I gravitate towards.
On a personal note, they were incredibly patient and kind when my parents were sick, and my trips out of state kept me from coming in regularly to pick up my subscriptions. Once in a while Bob would call to check in on me and see if I still wanted him to pull issues for me.
The store itself is very nice — probably the nicest comic shop I’ve been in. It’s always clean, well lit, and nicely organized. It’s a fun place to just go and browse, and I always seen to stumble onto something new. But the reason I’m a loyal customer is because of the way they treat me. They are good folks. :-)
