Waffle House

This morning at around 3:30am I stopped in to place a togo order. The waitress promptly came over and her service was pleasant. After repeating my order to the grill cook, whose name I later learned was Barry, made a comment about how it was interchangeable. She stated she understood. He then proceeded to cook the food and I noted his demeanor and responses were very abrasive. As the waitress attempted to pass him a togo grits container he took a waffle container he would eventually use for my food in and flung it on the counter. At this point, if I weren’t hungry and already ordered and food was on the grill I would of left. I’ve come to this same location numerous times mostly mornings and have never received this type of service from anyone. I still pay for my food ask for the gentlemans name that prepared the food and go home. I get home and go to enjoy my meal and I notice my waffles been cooked with an iron that apparently wasn’t cleaned prior to use because there’s burnt residue on my waffle that isn’t burnt. As far as night shift cook goes the presentation, food, and service was deplorable. Thank you for you time.
Outside of night shift I love the morning shift and will probably on return those hours between 9am-​12pm foods good and so is the service !
