I think this is called Diana’s Taco. I’ve stopped by here 3 – 4 times, had to wait because of the line(which is a good sign) and only been very pleased. Great quesadillas.

This little taco stand situated in the parking lot of ELPARADISO hispanic market store. Right across from the Kroger between Old Hickory BLVD. and Gallatin PK. Its an orange/blue ringy dingy trailer, with propped open sides and an authentic mexican guy inside dishing up tacos. The guy who runs it is «BANDA»(VON-DAH). Cool guy ive known the whole time i lived in nashvegas. Dont be scared or confused of eating at a joint like this, infact his food safety health score is always in the high 90’s(100 being perfect) thats way better then most burger and fast food places. He can communicate with you in english and he undestands you fine, so no lang barrier. I reccomend you try the BIRRIA tacos, make you ask him for the salsas if you like spicyness and dont see any outhere. HE has drinks available aswell, or you can run inside the store and get a beer :), the tacos are good, not the best but better than anything in nashville. The prices are great about 1.25 per taco, and he is generous with the meat, chicken is available as well as big burritos and tortas. Check him out and bring him a cd, he likes to blare the tiny speakers attached to his wagon with the greatest hits.
