Stevi B’s Pizza Buffet

Awful. Pizza is meh. Too crowded. Too expensive. Half of the machines are broke. Staff is overworked and frustrated by lack of management. Never coming back.

This place beats Cicis hands down. The pizza is not only edible, but delicious. Even when it is crowded, which is frequently, pizzas come out quickly and the buffet is always being replenished. The only downside is the sad salad bar. It’s small and very limited. A few more fresh vegetables and options would be nice to round out the pizza grease. Very kid friendly, with arcade games in the back. My kids are under 5 and get frustrated trying to win tickets, so be warned if you have little ones (or be prepared to do a lot of playing). Bathrooms are kept clean and I think there is a changing table for babies.

Another disappointing visit to Stevi B’s on a Saturday about 5:45, moderate crowd. Buffet bar was nearly empty and several guests were standing around, empty plates in hand. A special request pizza was not ready after 30 minutes so we canceled it, got our money back and went to Chick Filet — they never disappoint.
Stevi B’s of Madison, AL needs some professional buffet management who is interested in customer satisfaction.

I have been several times, and every single time has been disappointing. Selection is poor. The price is high for this poor quality pizza.

Or make younger kids feel like they’re welcome, too.

This place is about half full and there is NO pizza in sight, and all the customers or waiting on the pizza to be made! This place completely blows! First and last time coming here!

Stevie B’s is ok if you want to fill up on bread and crust. Each time we’ve been they have been skimpy on the toppings and they never have veggie pizza options when we go. You can request a veggie pizza but it’s a special order and then it’s gone and you would have to request another. I think Pizza Inn is better, although they don’t have the games there.

Food was fine but a bit miffed about not being able to order a full sized pizza and eat it in the Restraunt. I was told if I order a pizza I had to take it to go. Not happy about that. Kids wanted to stay but I do not want to pay 4 $/​child when they eat 1 slice. Not cool so we ordered it to go and Stevie bs lost my kids game money.

Food was great! They keep atleast 10 different pizzas out, two styles of pasta & sauce, breads, 5 different desserts, three types of lettuce with 15 – 20 toppings & six dressings. Staff came by our table every 5 – 10 minutes to clear plates or offer more pizza. Three adults, three kids on Sunday night with drinks was $ 37.47. (Kids $.99 on Sundays after 4pm.) Got 90 tokens for $ 20, but most games take 3 tokens. Kids had fun, but some of the games had issues. Games issue lots of tickets, but prizes cost a lot, too. Kids had a great time, we left full & happy. We will return.

They offer military discount! This is a great place to have a family night for your kids. There is a large selection of pizza, desserts and they even have a salad bar. The pizza is always fresh and the employees are friendly. Oh and they have 4 nice television for those dads!

I was nervous to try Stevi B’s at first because of the experience I’ve had at every Cici’s I have gone to, but Stevi B’s is the complete opposite of Cici’s as far as environment and customer service goes. The quality of the food alone is enough to justify the slightly higher price (less than $ 2).
On top of the buffet being full every time I looked at it, there was also a man that came around every now and then with different pizzas offering slices to everyone in the lobby.
It’s also super clean compared to Cici’s. I never saw an empty table that had trash on it and all of the tables were actually clean. Not sticky and sprinkled with crumbs.
Overall this place is 100% better than Cici’s. Hands down. I will never step foot in another now that I’ve experienced Stevi B’s.

My family loves Stevi B’s. The first time I went I was a bit worried that it would be like CiCi’s Pizza, but it’s definitely better. The pizza was awesome, the customer service was great, the restaurant was clean, and the games were fun. My 4 year old LOVES this place. We will definitely keep going back.

Went back a second time last night and the same service and food quality conditions prevailed! Great pizza at a terrific cost point. Fun place to sit and people watch as well.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time yesterday and were very satisfied. We were hesitant to try it, as there is another pizza buffet in town (CiCi’s), which is awful. The staff was friendly and the pizza was very good! If you want a special pizza which is not on the buffet, they will make it for you at no charge. We tried a BLT pizza and it was delicious… it’s definitely going to be my favorite! The only thing we were not impressed with, is there is a mini arcade for kids in the back of the restaurant, so there are alot of kids running around. When we were there, most of them were pretty well behaved, but i’m sure that is not always going to be the case. Other than that, we were very satisfied and will definitely be going back!

We went here today after church. We had a group of 10. I told the cashier that I had 9 more people coming could we get a table that size and as soon as I paid he personally took care of it. The bar was mostly full they had a large variety of pizza chioces, really liked the hot wing pizza and the loaded potato pizza was delicious. The salad bar was very fresh, I love French dressing and theirs was good. We had a hot wibg pizza made for our table and it was brought out quickly and fresh. For dessert we had banana cream pie pizza by far my favorite we actually had them make one special for our table and it was great, this is a Must try!!! My only complaint is that the sweet tea needs to be sweeter it was terrible I dumped mine out and went with Dr pepper.

Updated~ Went back with family on a friday night. Food was leaps and bounds better. Fresh pizza and large variety. Seems like they’ve gotten much better since first opened. I would go back again.

Love this place! My 3 year old who is obsessed with Toy Story thinks it’s Pizza Planet.
The food is nothing fancy, comparable to a Ci-Ci’s Pizza, but it is good pizza and it’s cheap. They have an area for parties that we are planning to utilize when that time comes.
The arcade area is small, we wish it were a little bigger but it’s still a lot of fun. They have a lot of flat screens in the dining area which is great for when a game is on.
They always have people walking around asking if you want to try a different pizza.
They’re a little slow to clean the plates, but that’s not a big deal.
We enjoy this place and will be back :)

Great variety, great employees, clean, fun — affordable.

Finally we got Stevi B’s in this area. I am tired of CiCi’s. Do ask for your special pizza. The Steak Fajita is a good ask.

«They’re like an upscale Cici’s,» my wife says. I give ‘em a three and a half, overall.
However, I’m a jaded senior citizen who would have liked a little less crowd, and better speakers on their music system.
The price is maybe a buck and a half higher than Cici’s, and worth it. Nice clean new place here, better quality toppings, and staff ready to take your empty plates away very promptly.
The pizza buffet had a little better quality and wider variety than Pizza Hut’s, and a included a decent small salad bar.
We came here about noon on a Sunday, ten days before Christmas. The line was a little out the door, but moving promptly as there were two order takers. This is a popular place.
Kids will like the game room. There is even a little gift store with flashy trinkets and toys.
In short, this looks like a good place to take the family for pizza, especially if you ‘re on an outing to Wal-​Mart.
My Senior Buffet was $ 5.89, + $ 1.99 for a drink.
Tip: Try to arrive at an off-​peak time, when the waiting line is not out the door. (There was a cold wind outside.)
