Serenity Nail Spa

This is one of many salons I tried in the last few months since moving here. It isn’t the worst in the area but the complete lack of hygiene is unforgivable. The staff shakes off towels full of nail shavings right in their work space and they are usually covered in it, as are you. The nail utensils are dirty and I didn’t see any of them being sanitized properly… or at all. I tried the place three different times to see if it was different or if it was technician specific but it was the same experience every time. I don’t want to chance it anymore. The nails weren’t bad but they weren’t anything to get excited about either. I found the best nail salon in the area now, and I’m sorry to say this isn’t it.

Just moved to the area, read a few reviews and decided to give them a try. I called to make an appointment and they gave me preference. I showed up right on time, picked a color and they seated my daughter and I, and got started right away. They do have a choice of pedicures, and the prices are average. I’m able to come after work because they are open until 7pm. I’ll admit I’m thrilled that they warmed the lotion! My tech took his time, my pedicure was about 45 mins. They also provided my daughter and I with a complimentary bottle of water… they environment was very clean and relaxing. Bottom we are satisfied with the service and price and will recommend this salon to all my friends and family!

Really enjoyed coming here until I got an infection in my finger following a manicure. Following a procedure and a round of antibiotics, unfortunately i don’t intend to get my nails done here anymore.
