I am so stoked about this company!!! I purchased a single bike rack a couple years ago and have loved it. It’s light, but sturdy and easy to put on and off my Mini Cooper. So when one of the ratchet straps broke I was totally bummed. I contacted the company to see if I could order a strap replacement. Chris, the Saris customer service rep, responded to my email and let me know that the strap is not replaceable but he would immediately have a replacement rack shipped out. What the heck!!! I was like, huh? I wasn’t sure if it was legit, but when it arrived at my house today I checked the website and found they have a lifetime guarantee. Awesome! I’m still seriously in awe of this company. #bestcustomerserviceever!

I love when a potentially explosive bad situation turns phoenix style into a fanfntastic great situation. So here is what happened. I purchased a bones 3 at a steal of a deal. It was missing some parts after I inspected it. I went to Saris online for the parts I needed. Some knobs and straps. $ 40, ok, ill deal with it… then BLAM +$ 30 in shipping. No way Ho Zay. I work to hard for my dinero. So, I message the support team over at Saris and guess what happened? Its metaphysically awesome in my opinion. Karma dudes and dudettes, pass this stuff on! The awesome support rep sent me what I need for FREE. Free as in Zero Dolla Holla. Parts and Shipping zilch. Thanks man. Tell all your friends they rock it out with their XXXXX out! WORD.

I bought a used Saris bike rack that was missing a critical nut. With a quick call to Saris, they sent me the nut and a spare for no charge. Top notch customer service. And the bike rack is great.

This is a customer service review: thank you so much for the replacement! My trusty old plastic rollers had become warped in a cross-country move, and I just received my shiny aluminum rollers free of charge. I really appreciate it, especially since it has been pouring all month! I’m looking forward to putting them to use!

After owning a Saris Bones trunk rack for a year, I can say that it is without question the best rack I have ever owned. Just back from vacation and the rack performed flawlessly… not to mention that it garnered a lot of interest from passers-by. Thanks for making a quality product.

Not only am I a fan of their products but now am a fan of their customer service department. Over the weekend, someone backed into my hitch mounted rack while I was out on a ride and broke off one of the wheel holders. Although SARIS has a lifetime warranty on their products, I knew that that wouldn’t apply in this case when I called to order a new part. When I described what happened, the customer service rep(Sam) empathized and said they like to support their customers and waived the replacement fee. As I pass by their office on the daily, I was able to stop in and pick it up on the way home. It is these little things that go a long way in my book…

I had a problem with the bearings of my cycleops bike trainer. I called and asked if I could simply purchase a set of replacement bearings. Instead of selling me bearings, these guys went way beyond great customer service and asked me to send in my old unit and replaced it with a brand new unit. If that doesn’t show how these guys stand behind their products, I don’t know what does.
