Ruby Tuesday

Visiting from out of town, went there and placed a To Go order. Service was great but food was pretty bad. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp. Won’t be back.

No wait seating
Ordered quickly and food arrived in reasonable timeframe
I had the Classic Cheese Minis Combo with Salad Bar.
Plenty filling for lunch.
I could see myself returning when in the area.

Went here for Sunday dinner and was not impressed. The wait staff was friendly and helpful, which is always a huge plus. Wait time was fairly short as well. The food on the other hand was subpar. I ordered the smokehouse burger and it came to me with very little barbecue sauce, like 3 onion strings and a soggy bun. The fries also came to me barely warm and hard. I go to Ruby Tuesday about once a month and never had my food come out like that.

Not sure what’s going on here but we had dinner and the food was awful. We ordered crab cakes and they tasted terrible. As we dug into them the smell was bad too so we stopped eating paid and left. That night we both got sick. Not a good choice. I’m predicting they will be closing soon.

I am not typically a fan of chain restaurants, but we headed here last minute with a huge group. They were very accommodating, the service was top notch, and the Hickory Grilled Salmon was cooked to perfection. Everyone seemed pleased with their orders. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what is happening to this RT, but it seems like my experience each time just doesn’t get any better. The last time we visited, my husband’s salmon was raw on the inside. Today, the ribs I ordered were cold. They brought it back to warm it up, and when it was back my sides of onion rings and green beans were cold. Don’t know what they did in there, but the green beans came back with BBQ sauce on them, like they have been stir-​fried in it and looked unappetizing. I left them untouched. The service from the waitress wasn’t too bad, but it took her a while to come to our table when we first sat down. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone going there, unless you have coupons. Food at this outlet is NOT worth full price.

Fire the management, especially the lady bartender. She’s loud, her laughs are annoying. There were hardly anyone there the last few nights that I was there while on travel. Ran into her shift all those nights. She made the place terrible. What happened to the manager? I can’t even find him to complain. Food was fine. I had only soup and salad. I feel terrible for the servers who also shared my sentiments.

The wife and I split a meal here for supper tonight. Chicken with Portobello mushroom sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Garden Salad Bar as a side, and Coffee. About $ 17.50 for this dinner that satisfied us. The Chicken and Mashed Potatoes were very good to excellent.
The only fault I found tonight was that the table was a little sticky.
(They did seat a family with a fussy baby right behind me. I’ll not count this against the restaurant this time, since he quickly settled in and got happy.)

Don’t know what happened to Ruby Tuesday, but they now suck… or maybe it’s just the ones in this area!
We walked in and the place had one other customer which was getting ready to leave. Some guy behind the bar seated us and said someone would be right with us. The server showed up promptly, but that is the only good thing that I can say about him. He was very unprofessional and everything seemed like a joke to him. Then, after serving us our food, pretty much dropping it on our table, he walked to the back of the room and sat in one of the booths and started talking on his cellphone. Didn’t even come back to check on us. After waiting and waiting for him to come back, my husband finally stood up and went to find someone to help us. After seeing this, he put his phone down and ran over to help us. A little too late, buddy! Lol!
We ordered the mini-​burgers and what a rip-​off! They were not worth the $ 5.99 they charge for them. The salad bar was also not impressive, one of the lettuce trays were empty and it was still that way when we left. The place also looked dirty. We will never go back here again!

I have avoided ruby Tuesdays like the plague for years because of service and quality of food and service. Today I was surprised. Salad bar was good and buffalo chicken tenders were delicious. Server was attentive and happy. Guy that brought food to table dropped the plate and left without saying anything. The airport road and south parkway locations are terrible.

Good and very clean restaurant. Fish taco was very good. I went there with 3 other people and they all seems to like it.

Had the spaghetti squash marinara for lunch and it was yummy! Just like I would make it at home, besides the extra veggies I would have put into the sauce. Still think Ruby’s is one if the better chains out there and they didn’t disappoint with this change of pace, healthy meal!

This place is almost a dive. They burnt my shrimp and onion rings twice cause they were using dirty old oil. You could smell it everywhere you went. This will be the last time I will go to this restaurant.

Nice salad bar, good food, great prices.

I’ve always loved the food at RT — especially their burgers and floats, but it is the service that really puts this location at the top. Right after I sat down with my salad, my waitress already had my burger at my table, so she gave me my salad bar for free — because my meal came too quickly! She was also gracious by giving my 5 yr old twins free chocolate milk. I’ve been here three times now with the same consistent service.
