I’ve had nothing but the best service here every single time I come here. My first encounter with Redstone federal credit union I came in with my mother and one of the employees told me I could get an account too since my mother already had an account. I originally intended on this account being the account that I use fore fee trials and things like red box etc. But after discovering the exceptional service and exceptional rates on loans and credit I switched my old bank over to the free trials and movie rental accounts and use my Redstone Federal account for my real life banking needs. It also seems that most everyone they have working there has a real sense of the importance of having a sense of humor. Overall I fully endorsed and recommend Redstone Federal Credit Union to anyone needing a bank’s service.

I love going here for the human touch. The staff has always been kind, but I do wish they were open on Saturdays since most satellite branches are. Oh well, can’t win them all.
