Great place for finding used clothes probably a 3 ½ star place. Sometimes their prices on certain items can be priced kinda high like their sweaters. Last time I went they were priced from $ 12 – 20 dollars when you can find some at stores like TJ Maxx for the same price. There service is always a little bit or miss too. Sometimes they are super nice and friendly other times not so much. I do like going their for shirts and jeans. I needed some capri’s for for work in the summer and found a bunch of options reasonably priced. I have also a good variety of accessories. I have purchased a purse and a few scarves in the past. Will keep coming periodically to see what new stuff they have.

Let me just say this first… I *will not* be going back to this location, at least until they so an entire restaff. I’ve had pretty bad customer service before and I can handle quite a bit, I know the crap you receive from working in customer service for many years. But this? This was just unacceptable. Five-seven people working and not receiving help from. a. single. person. And it wasn’t even that busy! My friends and I went there recently for their grab bag event. Usually is an amazing deal for us especially since we usually leave out with $ 100+ worth of merch from the event. First, we walk into the establishment… no greeting. Not a problem usually, so my best friend walks up to the counter to ask if the grab bag event is still going on. «Oh yea, it is.» … cashier just stares at my friend. Awkward. So she asked for a bag and ran off to find herself some new goodies. …But then the cashier completely ignores my boyfriend and I and walks off. So I finally asked on of the other girls for a bag myself. Not only did I receive a lovely glare from one of them clearly agitated that I had interrupted her apparently very important gossip convo with her co-worker, but before I could even ask for another one the two girls behind the counter toss one to me and walk off obviously just done dealing with me all together. So forced to share a bag with my boyfriend we continue to make our killing. About five tee shirts, one dress, one button down, about three different necklaces, a belt, sunglasses and a nice pair of boots later(by the way, I should really add here that they WAAAYYY downsized their bags for the event. Think of those courtesy dog poop bags you get at the parks, they’re about the size of two of those. NOT big at all) we head to the counter to purchase. And we all start laying out our clothes for them to see that we clearly followed the rules and filled the bags like they say, ‘anything that fits in the bag is $ 15′. … And the cashier looked albeit confused. «Did you just want to look at everything before you purchased them?» … Okay odd question to ask us. So we said no, this is basically what we got for the grab bag deal… Pretty self explanatory. «Okay well just so you know these items are not from the clearance section.» Apparently THEYCHANGEDTHERULES. This time you could only«grab» from the clearance section, but oh! «the areas with a balloon on it»… THREEFRIGGINROWS!!! Three rows of clearance that I saw were the ****ONLY***** areas that counted. And did anyone even put a sign up saying that? NOPE! Only by word of mouth of their employees. But I guess that’s too much for them to do what with their gossiping and social lives that they need to keep each other updated on rather than doing the job that they were hired for. I’m not even going to mention the way they treated the lady trying to donate her clothes to them in line ahead of us. This place is just a joke. I thought the facility itself was SO much better than their last. Way more space and room to breathe(hence the one star) but their staff?! I’m sorry, but seriously I work in retail I know how it can get. Seriously, stop socializing and ***actively help your customers***. With those attitudes and not to mention glares… no way. Until this place is entirely restaffed I REFUSE to come back. Sale or not.
