Pinnacle Wedding Video

I would not recommend pinnacle videography. I hired this company to video my wedding, mainly I wanted to see my husband reading his vows before the wedding. I have paid in full and have not received anything from the company, nor will they answer the phone for me or call me back.

I was going to hire Pinnacle video for my wedding, and I was very excited about it. But first i had to wait a long time to receive the contract (and any other response) and when I read the contract there were some things I wanted to change. Such as quote «Studio reserves the right to remove themselves and all equipment at any time there appears to be a potential danger to themselves or equipment (belligerent or rowdy, intoxicated people, improper fireworks, careless discharge of firearms, etc.). No refund or OTHER CONSIDERATION shall be given in such cases.» I wanted to add that they could remove them selves but let us know and give us a chance to resolve the situation. Or at the very least let us know that they were leaving.
Also there is no protection whatsoever for the client in the contract from rowdy behavior on there behalf, or from them not showing up. Among other things, I wanted to add that if they find out that they cant do the wedding for whatever reason they have to let us know and try to find a replacement or return the money we paid.
These are all simple edits to contracts that are normal, and suggested by most wedding magazines and tv shows. So I was very surprised when he out right refused to work with me on editing the contract and would not allow any provisions that would protect my family. Just would not work with me. I would not recommend them because if they are not willing to work with you on the contract, what else are they not willing to work with you on?
