I would highly recommend. I actually have recommended to several people. I’m shocked I forgot to Unilocal Patio Pools and Pleasures ever since we bought our Marquis Epic in September 2014. Since our hot tub purchase we have bought matching patio loungers and a table. Here’s what I abolutely love about this gem of a local business. The family is up front and honest. Very passionate about environment which is incredible. Our hot tub is made in USA. Our furniture is made of recycled plastic too. They are not sales aggressive but detailed and infformative about all their products and stand behind them. For example: we noticed a new feature that just became available on the model of our hot tub. It is called micro silk. Basically it was an additional $ 1k+ add on that they didn’t try to sell us. We asked them. They have us as much information as they knew about it and welcomed us to try a private soak with the micro silk. At our private soak to test the hot tub and micro silk feature. Renee provided more information about the micro silk that she and her family personally reseached. So believe me when I write that they are not pushy sales people. Their integrity and products sell themselves. They got to know us upon every stop inside the store for complimentary water sample testing. Patio Pools and pleasures offers this to their customers. There is no gimmick or stipulations on this service when you purchase a spa. You can stop in as much as you would like and get your water read. It makes our lives easier. In addition to being personable they are solution oriented. Meaning that they are upfront and direct about the conditions of your pool or spa water and solve– with accuracy– any problems big or small.

The name of this locally owned family business is perfect because they are a pleasure to do business with. I own both an inground pool and spa and have dealt with Patio Pleasures for over 8 years. Patio Pleasures has helped me with sales, service, outdoor furniture, and supplies and I have never had anything but great experiences. All the staff at PP are courteous, kind and pleasant. They open and close my pool each season; they arrive on the date and time scheduled and stay within their quoted price. I had to have a new pool cover installed last year and the two owners spent many hours installing it to make sure it fit perfectly. One Sunday morning last winter during«The Arctic Blast», I noticed an ice block next to my spa and panicked that my spa was going to freeze up so I called Patio Pleasures. They weren’t open on Sunday, but one of the owners showed up and worked outside in below zero temperatures to diagnose and repair the problem. This saved me from what could have been a huge expense in replacing the entire hot tub. I have recommended PP to many of my friends and neighbors and many have made spa/pool purchases with them. I will continue to recommend PP and continue to support this local business.

DONOTUSEPATIOPLEASURESSERVICE they did no fix the problem. So I had another pool service company inspect our pump and they basically think it’s shot. They then offered some options to resolve the issue. So thank you again Patio Pleasures for fixing an impeller on a broken pump motor. I think better customer service would have been to tell me the motor’s fried before replacing the impeller. But I guess they didn’t care if the motor was working properly. They just changed the visually defective parts and didn’t bother with the rest. Patio Pleasure’s service guy was even here at the house after the repair so he heard and felt how hot the motor was and he told me that«sometimes they run hot». Yeah they run hot, when they are dying!
