Natural Nails

After trying Natural Nails a few more times. I now love it. I found that the pricing on the French gel manicure was by service — part for the manicure, part for polishing the nails and part for polish removal, since I had not had my last gel polish done there. I think that’s nitpicking a little and I think that $ 10 should be removed from the charges, or at least explained when you go in. Since I’ve been going there, I’ve not had to pay that charge again. The place is spotless and it’s a small, family owned and run shop, so you know that you’re going to get one of three people, best I can tell. The mom, the daughter or the brother. They all do a good job. They use OPI exclusively, to the best of my knowledge, which I love, and are polite and friendly. I highly recommend them if you live in Madison!

Slow and no communication. Literally waited for over an hour and left without getting anything done. When I walked in there was one person waiting. The waiting area was hot, and the staff never spoke to me after I walked in and was told to sign in. Unprofessional all around.
