Nail First Unlimited

I literally can not say about him good things about this place or the amazing people. The owner is incredible and not only thinks of you as a customer but really cares about you as his customer. I always come over during my lunch break, for which I have an hour, and he always manages to get my nails and toes done to perfection. Ex. I got my nails done 2 days ago and had a few chip and right when I walked in with no questions a sweet lady fixed then and the owner would not let me pay anything. Like what… How sweet. This is the best place ever.

Folks, when the owner watches you walk out to your car after dark… You know you’ve found the right Nail salon. This place leaves you feeling like family and refreshed. This is the location directly next to Panera and if NOT affiliated with any other Nail First in the area.
The paraffin wax pedi is still my favorite and Tran does the best shellac I’ve ever had! Always impressed and never let down by their service! See you next month team!

Drilled my acrylics to the point where they were paper thin. Within 1 day, I had broken a nail. Went back and had it repaired. Within 1 more day, 2 other nails were broken. Decided to give it a few more days and I was able to fully chip all of the acrylic off my nails with no acetone and only nail clippers. Probably the worst nail job I’ve ever had. So i went to a different place and had a full set put on 5 days after having Nail First do my fill in. What a waste of my time and money.
Update: others have asked if I have the right salon, and I certainly do. Right next to Panera. The owner was very friendly and he is actually the one who did my nails. Still to this date the worst acrylic nails I’ve ever had put on. The drill shouldn’t be painful and it was. The nails shouldn’t chip within 24 hours and they did. I shouldn’t have to go back within 48 hours for broken acrylics, and I did. I shouldn’t be able to completely & easily remove acrylics within days of having them put on, and that’s exactly what happened.

I have been coming for years. Great customer service and my nails are always gorgeous! Kristie & Tran are the best.

I love this salon!!! The staff is friendly and professional. The work they do is great. Lynn is the only person in Nashville that can get my eyebrows perfect. I recently moved away from Rivergate, but I won’t trust anyone else to do my eyebrows, it’s worth my 30 min drive

Great customer service! Went in for pedicure, and the woman was so diligent that she even stayed an extra 30 min after work to make sure she did a good job (I didn’t know they closed at 7 when I made an apt for 6). The wax pedi is the best thing I’ve felt at a nail salon! I will be returning!
