Motiff and Fayram failed to include information in my return which I provided to them by email and which they acknowledged receiving. When the IRS charged me $ 159 interest for not paying the proper tax due, I asked Motiff and Fayram to reimburse me for the expense they caused me. I have emailed them, faxed them my request and left several voice mail messages. NO RESPONSE. I thought the firm was reputable. I have changed my opinion. I don’t recommend using them.
