My wifes iPhone 5’s battery couldn’t hold a charge for more than a couple hours so we decided to give JCD a try. She was a walk in, got quick service, got the new battery, good price, and it has been working great. A+
SO…I decided to get mine replaced. I brought it in yesterday and received the same quick service, but the battery was dead and required me to stay 20 – 30 minutes to confirm that it would charge up. It did and I was out the door. Charged it fully overnight, but next day it died within 3 hours with very minimal use. Brought it back, they put in a new one without any hassle and without additional charges (they guarantee their work). So far, it seems to be performing well.
Lemon’s happen with lithium ion batteries, but their no-​hassle customer service is what will keep me going back to them if I have any other issues with my phones.

Well, «it» finally happened… I damaged my phone to the point of not wanting to repair it myself. I have an iPhone 5, and it’s been through hell and more… It has fallen out of my bike shorts while riding at 23+ mph. It has gone swimming with me by accident. It’s been dropped countless times. And yet, my trusty phone always survived whatever I threw at it.
Until this weekend. My phone fell out of my hoodie pocket and onto the concrete, and it immediately shattered. Ugh.
I looked online… I could’ve purchased a replacement screen for $ 50 -$ 65, and replaced it myself. But… I was feeling lazy. I searched Unilocal and found JCD.

This review is a little late, but we had my son’s S4 screen repaired here in January. They did a perfect job of repairing it– the phone looks brand new. The price was fair, just under $ 100. I hope that I don’t need this type of service again, but if I do, where to take it won’t be a question!

I had replaced the screen on a phone and I pulled it out of my pocket 2 weeks later and the screen was cracked all over again. I spoke to JCD Repair and they weren’t sure what happened, but gratefully replaced it at no charge. The only thing I would love more is if they had an East side store! The lifetime warranty was definitely worth it.

Uh-​oh, my 6 month old iPhone took a tumble onto tile floor! Shattered glass! What to do?! A quick search and I found my answer — take it to JCD Repair, I was able to make a same-​day appointment and the fix was done about 15 minutes from hand over. Thanks JCD!

I took in my iPad with a completely shattered screen after I dropped it on the sidewalk. I had foolishly neglected to purchase Apple Care, so I was completely bummed. Then a friend told me about this place. They did a great job, and for a very reasonable price. I hope I don’t ever break an Apple product again, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going!

My husband and I both got our iPhone screens fixed here. Great service and great prices. Hopefully I never drop my phone again but if I do I know exactly where to go. Thank!

Great place and inexpensive solution to repairing your iDevices! I could have done this myself, but for the price it’s only $ 10 more and I don’t have to worry about messing up or bricking my device attempting to replace a screen.

80 bucks, thirty minutes to fix my shattered iPhone screen. Verizon won’t help you so go here.

SO freaking awesome! Iphone screen repair for Iphone 4GS. I left my phone went to go eat came back it was waiting for me. NATE was AWESOME!!!

Took in my disassembled 4s and in 30 minutes these guys had my phone back in action.
I attempted to fix the screen on my own and had bad luck pulling the ribbons through to connect to the motherboard. I’m wishing I wouldn’t have even bothered… the price is right and the service is impeccable.
HIGHLY recommended.

Had the shattered screen replaced in my iPod Touch. These guys were great. They replaced the screen while I waited and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
