It’s a McDonald’s, so the food is McDonald’s. No surprises! This review is for an employee at this location. We ordered around 4 on a Sunday(today). When we got to the payment window, we asked to add something. We asked really nicely, saying«is there any way we could add one more thing?». After we asked, she sighed REALLY loudly and glared at us and said«what do you WANT??». She continued to sigh and roll her eyes and glare back at us. She then yelled at us(yes — seriously yelled) to ask for clarification, saying«you want ONEORTWO???». She made it seem like it was a HUGE inconvenience to her. It was so weird, extreme, and surprising. She acted like it was the worst thing in the world. We honestly thought it was a joke at first, but she was super serious. She is a grown woman, but was acting like a violently angry teenager about to throw fifty plates and a lamp against the wall. Seriously — she seemed mentally unstable. I guess I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the managers provide better customer service training for the employees at this location. Or maybe get this woman some therapy? I can’t imagine living like that or working with someone like that. I hope she gets some help.
