Went in to buy a bed for my daughter for her new house. As soon as we walked in we were met by Holley Kushniryk(Store Manager). We cut to the quick with her and told her our requirements and she gave us what we wanted without the up sale speech and or pressure sales tactics. Delivery was as equally efficient a few days later. If you are looking for a no nonsense purchase without all of the hype this is the place to be. Thanks.

Since 7÷8÷13, we contacted the Manger, Forrest Fletcher, of the Madison Mattress King. We were given the phone number for Customer Service. Within a week, a warranty rep came out to measure our S&F. This time there was 1 ¾ in. trenches in the mattress. Within another week, we contacted Customer Service and they emailed us a store credit for the mattress… not the box springs. We did buy a Adj BS ErGO System with our new mattress, a Sealy Optimum Radiance. The set should be delivered today, July 27, 2013. This leaves us with extra Box Springs. Will provide another update. I rated OK, thus far. Was disappointed because of no credit for the Box Springs.

Mattress King seems to have been in Huntsville forever. I can remember the Mattress King television commercials from a long time ago. The commercial would always start out with the Mattress King tapping on the back of the television’s picture tube to get your attention. But don’t believe their warranties. We bought a $ 2000+ Stearns & Foster mattress. The mattress has a «lifetime warranty» and within a couple years started to sag in the center. I called Mattress King who sent out a technician who measured the bed. The outcome was«yes, the mattress is defective, but not defective enough to replace». Some warranty! I posted my complaint on Unilocal and was quickly contacted by the owners, who again sent another technician out to measure the bed. But this time(after seven months) no one has got back with me. even after emailing them asking for an outcome.
