After paying over $ 1,200 for repairs on my Audi TT(replacing 2 axles, among other things), I picked up the car and immediately noticed on the drive home that the steering wheel was about 20 degrees out of alignment. When I called them about it, the manager/owner was defensive and rude. He said there was no way they did anything to cause that problem, then he said they«hear this kind of stuff all the time,» and then he compared me to someone who complains the radio is not working after fixing a flat tire. First of all, if they are having customers call back to complain«all the time» that’s a pretty big red flag. Secondly, he somehow assumes I would pay over $ 1,200 for repairs and then try to scam him out of a $ 75 tire alignment! That’s either incompetent management or dishonest — either way, I’ll be advising my friends to avoid them.
