So I went through the drive thru the young lady was very polite, but thats where the good service ended. I had a #3 combo with an add on of 3 cookies for a $ 1.29 that were not for me, they were for co-workers, and I never got them. My food had been in a warmer forever, it was dry the bun was dry. It was quick and fast but just disappointed.

This KFC does not even deserve 1 star. I asked for grilled chicken thighs and was told they had none and was given two burnt dried out drumsticks. I also asked for mashed potatoes no gravy and no biscuit. Guess what. They put gravy on and put biscuit on chicken. I did not realize until I got home. My mistake.
I should have known by the empty parking lot at 5:00 PM.
