Jersey Mike’s Subs

Not pleased with this location. They had a to go order they were busy with-​and took it out on the customers in line. I ordered and the worker next to the girl making my sandwich laughed at my order to his employees (just needed my meat heated up per my doctor) and said «that’s why we don’t heat our sandwiches.» Very awkward for me and not very friendly. Love to eat here but will not be back to this location.

I won’t be going back.
When i checked in on Unilocal today, i found out that i am the duke. Great. However, the corporate representatives have forbidden this location from making the sub i have been ordering for over 15 years, the way i like it.
I come to jersey mikes for a hot Italian giant #13. According to the shift manager behind the counter, «corporate» visited the location today and forbid the preparation/​sale of hot subs. This is only the second location of jersey mikes to turn me down when I ordered a hot sub. Every other location (i have tried) has gladly prepared it the way I like.

Great location.
They have won over my business. They make my sub hot, the way I like it. Another location (Elliston) had to stop making them hot to conform to corporate requirements.
The staff is friendly, fast and aim to please.

I went to purchase a sub at 8:20 PM and was happy to see on the door that they were open until 9 PM. Upon entering, the girl behind the counter, who was clearly wrapping all of the condiments and toppings in preparation for closing time in 40 minutes, rolled her eyes in annoyance as I approached the counter. I turned around and walked out. I hope she got out of work on time and that my potential business did not inconvenience her too much. I won’t be returning.

This sub shop is one of the best ones around. I eat healthy and they have whole grain sub bread. I grew up in upstate NY and this place is every bit as good as any of the sub, grinder or hogie’s I ever had there at home. I have been a regular customer since this store opened. Good staff, clean sub shop and friendly.
