Farwell Pools & Spas

This company is unreliable and will not return customer calls. We hired Farwell to convert our pool to a salt water pool and open it for the summer. They came late in the day on the day they were scheduled to do the work. They installed the equipment but said the pool wasn’t filling up fast enough so couldn’t finish the job. Left. Didn’t say when they were coming back, and would not return multiple calls to them about when they were planning to return to get the pool open. The receptionist was of no assistance, and seemed completely disinterested in helping us. After several days of no contact, we called another pool company, and found someone to come out that same day to finish opening the pool. Needless to say, that pool company has my business. I have since read multiple Google reviews about Farwell not finishing work and refusing to respond or reply to customers. I wish I had read them before this bad experience. AND about a week later, the equipment that Farwell installed started leaking. We called Farwell immediately and left a message. Not surprisingly, no one from Farwell has called us back.
