I had a good experience here. Clean and efficient service, they do wait while you get undressed, if you get that kind of service– but they’re gonna see everything anyways. Had a couple missed hairs afterwards but that’s it. Very friendly and kind staff, I had Sarah she was great.

Friendly service. Very clean enviroment BUT… I felt uncomfortable because the wax technician didn’t step out of the room while I undressed, so it was a little awkward. I felt as though I was being rushed. I understand she was new but her technique needed much improvement. I initially went in for a brazilion but ended up getting a bikini due to the fact it hurt more then it should have. At times she did not allow the wax to harden completely before tearing it off which caused alot of pain. Also, she would often pull the wax off slowly! OUCH!

I had a friend inform me that at your first visit, you can get a free wax (not sure what the limitations are). So I walked in and asked to get my eyebrows done. The receptionist was incredibly helpful — friendly, clear, and informative without pushing. She got me registered and introduced me to the waxing artist is be with. She took me to her room, which was clean and comfy. The waxing went a little longer than I’m used to, but I had all right small talk with the worker. She plucked a bit, then was done. I was escorted back to the lobby and the receptionist made sure I was set, knew about promotions, and when to schedule my next appointment bit wasn’t until I got home when I noticed that I still had a bunch of hairs that were easily noticeable (ends of eyebrows near my nose). They also weren’t as shaped as I asked them to be — they were basically just cleaned up. Also, for 2 – 3 days after the wax, my eyebrows itched. Something I’ve never experienced before.
Overall, this was a friendly and clean environment, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
