I joined CF Connex December 2014 as a Crossfit newbie. I had always entertained the idea of trying crossfit but I was too intimidated to jump in. They offered a reasonable price to start their «On-​Ramp» class so I decided to finally give it a shot.
I am SO GLAD that I chose Connex as my first box because they welcomed me with open arms and lots of challenging WODS. I have been a loyal member ever since and consider it my crossfit family.
The programming is challenging, purposeful and progressive. The coaches are attentive, helpful and motivating. The members quickly welcomed me and have now become some of my best friends!
