CertaPro Painters of Madison, AL

Certa-​Pro did exterior trim painting on our very steep roof because the paint was peeling off of out metal flashing. They thoroughly prepped the surface, painted it, and then cleaned up fully — all in one day. It looked great and helped us sell our house. I recommend them highly.

With all due respect, I would never hire CertaPro of Madison again. Kevin the owner is a good guy and intends to do a good job, but they don’t use thier own employees or do the work themselves. They hire sub contractors, so they can’t really ensure the quality of thier work. All they can do is keep asking the sub contractor to correct thier mistakes. On our job there were lot’s of mistakes. I really do appreciate Kevins willingness to make it right, he seems like a genuinly nice guy who intends to do well, but in the end I still have a $ 3400 paint job that is the worst I’ve ever had. There are still lots of sloppy paintlines extending from the walls onto the ceiling and trim, along with runs and blemishes that weren’t there before.
