I had low expectations considering the other review here on Unilocal,but my experience was actually quite pleasant. Facility is clean, lighting ample, and there seemed a good amount of parking around the building.
Three sizes of washers that ranged from $ 2,50−5.50. Around 15 – 20 washers. Cycle was about 25 min. Some of the washers only use powder so beware.
Dryers were super hot and cost $ 0.25 for 6 minutes. My entire load of laundry was dry in 20 – 25 min on the hottest setting.
An employee was even on site in the back room, but we didn’t need his attention.
If I ever need to do my laundry in Madison again, I will definitely be back.
