I saw the offer for free diagnostics and I decided to try it out. This is compared to $ 50 diagnostics at Best Buy, at least from my initial research. My computer had been running slower for the past year or so and I wanted to know if it was worth fixing. Two days after giving it to them, they went over the various options for me. They told me that the hard drive was failing and not worth fixing as a result. I really appreciated their honesty and their promptness.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used this shop, but the first time I’ve reviewed them. I’ve always had very honest, straightforward, and prompt service; this time they added memory, installed an upgrade, and took me through a couple of challenges that I was having. The cost was reasonable, and the prediction of when my machine would be available was right on the mark. A really reliable shop that I can recommend highly!

These guys took in my totally trashed laptop (thanks for the «repair» Gregory Trimper…/s), tried for almost a MONTH to find the parts to repair it, and when they couldn’t (the parts were no longer available), they didn’t charge me for all that time and effort, and just recovered all the data from the laptop and put it on an external HD for me! For 60 bucks. If I ever have computer issues I can’t handle, I’d take it to Byte Size Solutions.
