Beautiful Brides

I did not buy my dress from Beautiful Brides, but I still wanted to write a review. I had the most amazing experience here and I’m so upset I can’t remember my associates name (I think it was Chloe)! The dress shop is small but I prefer it that way. They have a great selection of dresses and the associates are really nice.
I do wish they would’ve provided a corset/​waist cincher but other than that, it was great.

My wedding was 25 months away when I started shopping and their staff still gave me amazing attention! I already had appointments at a few other places but none of them really took me seriously. I commonly heard «your wedding is so far away» and «wow that’s a long engagement». Not at Beautiful Brides! They treated me like any other bride with a typical engagement length and together we found my dream dress. I am getting my doctorate out of state so it was important for me to get this taken care of. And, obviously the reason I was shopping so early. I kind of wanted to go back to the other two area stores I had previously tried on at and have a Julia Roberts/​Pretty Woman moment. «Big mistake, huge.» :)
I just wanted to write this review to let everyone know how truly pleased I am that I visited Beautiful Brides. Believe me, they will make things fun and easy for you!

Terrible service. The women that work here are not friendly at all! Not to mention, they are overly adamant about no picture taking. I was in with my sister dress shopping because our mother was over seas and would not be back until just before the wedding. The lady would not even let me take a picture to send to my own mother! Her reasoning was because we could go make the dress or have someone else make it… Like what the actual hell. I highly recommend NOT going here. Brides and Belles in Reedsburg is where it’s at!
