Bath & Body Works

This is an awesome Bath and Body Works. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend visiting this one if you’re in the Madison area.

I’m so so so disappointed about this store and services.
I bought $ 90.00 products yesterday (¹²⁄₁₆). But I forget to bring my coupon. Then I talked to the lady who is work in there about it. And she talked to me, I can just bring the receipt and coupon tomorrow (¹²⁄₁₇) then make the discount. At that day The cashier she want me to bring in all the products. One worker tell me, I can just bring in the coupon and they will adjust it for me the next day, but when I came in another worker told me I had to bring in all the products and redo it that way. So I left without getting my discount and was disappointed when one worker tell me I can do it and another said I can’t

Having been in this Bath & Body Works a couple times through the years for gifts or seeking a particular scent of body wash and body cream (craving coconut in summer, for example), I’ve ended up here a couple times in the last couple weeks!
I saw Facebook friends posting about a return of the classic scents of our teen years available for a limited time. Interest piqued by their excitement (how much DID I enjoy Juniper Breeze?) I went in. Alas, Juniper Breeze was gone three days after the throwback debut, minus a couple bottles of lotion — which I dutifully picked up.
Along with six bottles of other scents.
While the local store likely isn’t setting the sales, the 75% off promotion the sales associate pointed out did lead me to buy more than I intended. While I call Bath & Body Works overpriced on the regular for my budget and for the products longevity, $ 3.50 a bottle or tube is A-​OK.
Both sales associate’s that offered their assistance were super friendly. Enough that I suspect there is some sort of commission based or team shift based incentive going on for them. But they weren’t competitive with each other nor were they pushy or fake nice. Just offering to help me find that Juniper Breeze, suggesting alternatives in its place, making sure I had a bag, checking in after I’d made a lap, and anticipating my timing at the cash register,
The girls working at West Towne in the afternoon’s the past couple weeks represent the brand well!
I’ll be back this month to use the free item with $ 10 purchase coupon that was in my bag. And trying desperately to stick to the $ 10 total!

The good thing about Bath and Body Works is that, no matter when you might visit, there’s always some sort of a sale going on. Whether’s it’s a buy one smelly lotion, get the second smelly lotion at half price; or $ 3 body wash that used to be $ 6 but they couldn’t sell any Midnight Rain or Morning Basil scent so they have to get rid of them; or the «We’re redoing our entire line and need to get rid of EVERYTHING» sale; or just the usual old «last-​minute» holiday sale… you’ll always get too many candles, scrubs and miniature anti-​bacterial gels than you ever thought you’d come in for.
But please take heed: if you are trying out spritzes, PLEEEASE don’t just spray spray spray as people walk by! That sucks. Who wants to smell like Vanilla Cupcake AND Winter’s Breeze at the same time? Not me.
