Ann’s Nails

I will never go to this place. My daughter gave me a gift certificate for a mani/​pedi for Mother’s Day a few years ago. I misplaced it and when I found it the certificate had an expiration date on it. It was about 2 months after the expiration date. I went to the salon and thought they would honor it. First the woman acted as if she didn’t understand me. I asked to speak to the owner… then she said she was the owner. I asked if the salon had changed hands in the past year (thinking ok I could understand why she was refusing to honor my gift certificate). She said no, she has been in Madison for many years. I was really upset as I feel I was robbed of the money my daughter paid for my «gift «. I’ve lived in Madison for 30 plus years and this is a small town. I have told many people this story. Very poor business practice and dishonest at best. I have given one star because this was the lowest rating I could give, but honestly I think they deserve a minus rating.

I’m not sure why this salon isn’t packed, but I’m glad it’s not for my sake. Ann and staff are very friendly and professional. They do a great job. I have gone to others in Madison but feel they are the best.

A nice, clean nail salon. I am visiting the area for a wedding and the hotel recommended Ann’s nails. I had a very relaxing pedicure followed by a gel manicure. They took their time and did not rush me out the door like some nail salons do. If I’m ever back in the area I would go again!

Quaint little nail salon in the heart of Madison. The ladies here are amazing, and can always fit you in. Many new and hip colors plus plenty of gel colors too! Very important when you want the best nail color that is in. Usually very quiet so you can relax while getting a mani or pedi. Very reasonably priced. Thank you girls.

I love Anns salon, it has great friendly and QUIET technicians that do their jon while you relax. Its not a chatty noisy salon, but quiet with soothing music and the pedicures are GREAT and affordable! Im a long time faithful client!

Ran in quickly for an eyebrow wax. I was very clear that I just wanted my brows cleaned up and that I prefer my brows thick and natural. I came away with a non dimensional black line where my eyebrow once was. Not what I requested at all. I should have figured this as for a saturday at 4pm this place was practically empty.
