I ordered my PhD regalia without measuring first, BIG MISTAKE! The regalia is very expensive and the you cannot exchange if the fitting error was your own. My sleeves were about 3 inches too short and I thought it was hopeless! The owner was so professional and QUICKLY added length to my sleeves and my gown looks amazing.
