Great communication, prompt, quick, got everything out without damaging anything, and estimate ended up being higher than actual cost. Would totally use again. Came by in person for a free estimate with no obligation before I actually booked them to move everything.

If you’re stressed, short on time, or too tired/​weak and would rather spend the money so you don’t have to bring items to the curb for Salvation Army or the garbage truck to pick up, this company will do it for you. Be warned though, my experience was that the bit on the website about «[we] finish by cleaning up the area» didn’t mean a thing. They said they were done, I said they hadn’t swept or picked up the little pieces. They said they don’t do that, I pointed out that the website said they clean up after themselves. They said that just means they haul away your junk.
Granted, it was hot and they were young. I had heared them complaining to eachother earlier. They were obviously trying to get out of going up and down those stairs one more time. So I let them go. But I recommend that when they assess your stuff and go over the cotract, you verify that they’ll sweep, etc. You’ll be paying them lots of money and since you are already stressed/​short on time/​tired, you’ll be happier if you don’t have to finish up the job for them.

STOP!!! Don’t do it. This company is misleading. The call center will quote you completely different prices in comparison to the local company. Ie: I was quoted $ 108– $ 323 when I made my appointment. They showed up at the wrong address– 20 minutes from my address. While they were running unapologetically late, I was called with an estimate 2 times the amount I was told when I made my appointment.
A very disappointing experience :-(
