Love this Tim hortons go to the drive thru almost every day always have my order right with fast friendly service!

Pulled up, had no idea what the guy said in the speaker… Must have had a long night. Anyways, ordered our food pulled up gave him two 5s and exact change to get a dollar back. Total was 9.84 and he gave us our food, one of our orange juices and two dimes back. I said we gave him two fives and the change, he said no you gave me two fives, a dollar and .84 cents (which makes no sense) my manager saw it (in a snappy condescending voice). I said ok then you owe me $ 2 then and laughed. Manager came to window and gave me two dollars… Ok w/​e not gonna argue over their incompetence. Unfortunately we had to sit there longer as they forgot our second o.j. As well, lol. What a joke.
Not sure if the one on 9 mile is affiliated but they messed our order up as well yesterday and we just left.
I never complain about anything… I actually downloaded Unilocal to post this joke of service in hopes an owner /​franchisee can read how the voice and face of their drive through business is rude and clearly can’t count. My morning visits will stay across the street with the very pleasant staff at Starbucks.
Food was good though which saved them a star :)

While waiting for my brakes to get done at the Midas next door, I decided to stroll to good old Timmy Ho’s to kill some time and get lunch. Man what a mistake. I will admit my order may be difficult, however the lack of attention to detail when I am the ONLY person inside the restaurant is disturbing. I ordered the «New Turkey Garden Club» which is basically a club sandwich on a bagel. t comes with a four cheese bagel and I asked to sub to an everything bagel, no tomato and no honey mustard sub mayo. About 15 minutes later, I received a sandwich draped in honey mustard and tomatoes. Ok I said to myself, let’s just get a new one. No big deal right? Wrong. The woman at the counter actually asked me if she could WASH OFF the honey mustard. In shock I declined, to the disapproval of the 6 co workers standing arojnd. Another 15 minutes passes and I am brought my new sandwich, on a plain bagel, with tomatoes and no mayo. Without saying a word I sat here and at my dry sandwich while watching every person who walks in repeat their order multiple times over to the incapable woman running the register. Don’t come here ever. Especially drive thru.

When I lived in Michigan I used to come here all the time. However, I see that this location has changed. Management is rude to their staff, and the place was not clean. After seeing how horribly the manager talked to her staff I left without ordering anything.

So, i’m not a coffee drinker. Personally, I hate the stuff. That is NOT, however, why i’m only giving you 2 stars Tim Hortons. I know a lot of coffee drinkers, and they simply think you’re the POO in a good way… take a big whiff! :)
I’m giving you 2 stars because you need to stop making FOOD. Your food SUCKS. I have tried different things off the menu and they ALL SUCK. Literally, everything i’ve ever tried.
Stick with what you know, coffee and donuts. Leave the panini press alone. YOU DON’T PANINI PRESS A BISCUIT!!! WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?
So, go and enjoy the coffee people, and pick me up a hot chocolate. :)

Well, I have only been through the drive-​thru as it’s on my way to work — I change up my order a bit, but it’s always right and the service is fast. I’ve never sat longer than 5 minutes in the drive thru. And I love they put the cream and sugar IN the coffee. It’s always hard to do when driving :-)
