Disappointed with the customer service!
I called in the morning and left a voicemail regarding my refrigerator that wasn’t cooling. Two hours later, Heather called me back and said they don’t charge a visit fee and diagnose, but rather give an estimate of the repair cost over the phone, and then schedule the repair visit. She gave me «general» price ranges starting at $ 150 and up, said she would call their repair men and ask what my estimate would be, and call me back. She also said I could call other companies if I wanted to try to get someone to come out today. FOUR hours later Heather had not called me back. So I left her a voicemail. By now, it was evening. Heather called back and said they thought my refrigerator needed a new compressor and the estimated cost would be around $ 500-​$ 550, and to call her if I wanted to schedule the repairs. I didn’t call Conner & Sons to schedule a repair visit.
I called another company, who came out and diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator for under $ 300. It was NOT the compressor that needed replacing.
It seemed like Conner & Sons didn’t care whether they helped me or got my business. Their customer service was disappointing. And their «phone estimate» procedure is clearly not the best route.

Fast and friendly service, priced fairly– will definitely call again. Thank you!

I can’t rate their work bc I called them and it took them almost 24 hours to call me back. I called someone else to come out for my fridge.

They offer exactly what you need. My repair was a fairly simle washer repair, but being out of a washer is never a fun scenario. Friendly service, on time (actually early) to repair, and did a great job. Steve was sincere and did great work. I would not hesitate to call them again. Can’t say thanks enough!

I cannot say enough about this family business. Washer, oven and refrigerator have all needed a repairman over the 7 years we have lived Royal Oak. Love these guys!!! I absolutely love Conner’s Repair, there is nobody out there better! Steve has been to fix our refrigerator several times and has been an absolute life saver!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful service and accommodating me every single time! The touch screen for water, ice etc. broke on our appliance and they were so efficient in getting the part and then coming back over (and really going above and beyond) to take care of us. This is the way they are each and every time. You will get nothing but the best from them, I have tried many many places before them and nobody compares! They are very knowledgeable, hard working, honest and efficient, just to say the least. I am so happy I found a place and people I can trust and I very much appreciate their amazing service and help! Great service. Fast and friendly. I also received a follow up call a few days later to make sure my problem was fixed. Spit the few road blocks putting in my dryer they got it in and working. The service was so good that when I received my follow up call I had them come out to fix my garbage disposal. Whenever I have something that needs to be fixed I will be using Conner and Sons Repair. They are a must try. See how amazing they are for yourself.

Thanks to Steve’s wife-​our 2 year old consumer’s best buy Amana fridge was repaired on a Saturday just before Easter. He said he might get into a little trouble for taking that extra call on a holiday week-​end. Thanks again to the Better half for allowing it to happen. The repair was definitely worth the food that would have been lost. I would recommend this company to anyone. Totally honest and a pleasure to do business with. By the way-​Steve didn’t travel to Kailua, Hawaii to fix our Clawson, Mich fridge !!!

Steve and two of his sons came to my house for a repair today. They were quick, friendly, and charged me a very reasonable price to fix a breaker for me. I am so relieved to find people that are trustworthy and very good at what they do. I will definitely be contacting them again the next time I need help. They were great!

These guys were great! My 3 year old Frigidaire oven suddenly stopped working. Called up Connor & Sons and they showed up the next day and assessed the problem. Parts were ordered and they came back to install the same day the parts came in. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. They came quickly to help with our very sad refrigerator… unfortunately I bought an LG masquerading as a Kenmore, thank you very much, Sears. Aarrgghh. Steve took the mess apart, declared it a mess, and tried to charge me nothing since he couldn’t fix it immediately (some obscure part has to be ordered), even though he spent an hour pulling everything apart and getting the ice away from the fan, which is at least giving us back some refrigerator power. Nice guy, fair prices, if anything else goes wrong I’m calling these guys!

I agree with all of the above. Our brand new GE French Door fridge broke; these guys figured out that our dumb selves weren’t closing the freezer all the way, and then REFUSED to charge us for de-​icing the fan, which literally took over two hours. Highly, highly recommend!

We take many material things for granted in our lives. electricity, heat, appliances. UNTIL they go bad. Bad as in BROKEN.
Broken recently was my refrigerator. ice building up. images of lost food to defrost the thing. Why wasn’t the AUTO DEFROST working?

1. He came QUICKLY. The same DAY (everybody else was 2 – 3 days out)
2. He KNEW what was wrong.
3. My fridge was fixed THAT DAY.
4. He charged a very reasonable amount. Too reasonable, I made him take $ 10 more, I was so THANKFUL!
