Great work, professional staff. I dealt with Jamie and he was proficient. I needed a factory key fob for my chevy. It would have been north of $ 150 at the dealer. It was $ 75 even just like he told me on the phone. I’d use them again.

Set up an appointment 24 hours ago to have our door locks changed. Dwyne showed up on time, did exactly what needed to be done. The quote was more than fair and they stand behind their work like you would expect a generation old business does.
What more can a customer ask for?
Been doing business with them for years and gladly recommend others to them. Good people doing good work is the best deal a customer can ask for.

However, I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with someone who was very arrogant and condescending.

Needed a replacement for my remote car starter and opener. The car dealer quoted my more than twice as much for what I got it at Aarons. And they did it in about 5 minutes! Highly recommended!

Did a great job on a key for my used car, a 2006 Mazda which only came with one set of keys. Reprogrammed the fob as well, and it was a lot less expensive than a dealership. Nice people running the shop.

An employee at Auto Way recommended Aaron’s to me when the employee was unable to fix the key fob for my car. When I got to Aaron’s, I was helped by Jimmy, who is obviously very knowledgeable about what he does. Despite me finding «car talk» a little intimidating, Jimmy made me feel very comfortable — I never felt talked down to. He was upfront about pricing, explained all of my options, and overall was extremely helpful. I expected to have to replace my car remote, but it ended up costing me 5 bucks! I’ll definitely be going to him if I have problems in the future, and I recommend others do too!

I’ve been meaning to switch out the lock/​knob and deadbolts on my front and back door for YEARS and finally got around to calling Aaron’s to get it done.
I called on a Friday and Duane arrived at 8:45am the next business day. He was super friendly and removed the old locks and installed the new locks within a ½ hour. Everything tested PERFECT and the job couldn’t have been done any better.
Aaron’s has been sponsoring local rec teams here in Madison Heights for as long as I can remember, so calling them was EASY and I wish more local Madison Heights families and businesses would do the same. Let’s support local businesses and Aaron’s is a GREAT ONE!
