Ramos Furniture

I’m only giving 1 star because it won’t allow me to do 0 or negative stars. If your are looking for good quality furniture go to Ashleys. If your looking for amazing customer service go to Ashleys or somewhere else. They answer all your questions but once they get your money and order put in. they don’t bother with your time anymore. They said my order should take 3 weeks and it took 6weeks and they sent it to another place. Wanting me to go pick it up in Fresno. When it was suppose to ship to Madera. No one wanted to return calls or emails. Corporate office in San Jose did the same thing. People didn’t want to take responsibility of the time, mis placement of my furniture. No one would talk to me. Tony, the secretary and others. Also corporate office Someone named Reyna didn’t return none of my calls or emails. They are continently unavailable. It is the last Time I shop at Ramos. I got a better price at Ashley’s furniture. Some of Ramos furniture is from Ashley’s and you can get a better deal with them and better quality. I will continue to go back to Ashley furniture.

Didn’t have a great experience here, bought furniture from them and had it delivered, when they assembled it they broke it. The Manager said she would have someone come out with sandpaper and paint! «Really? They had to replace the entire piece. After waiting a few weeks it was replaced. Things happen I get that! but customer service should be a priority if you want repeat customers and good referrals.

Stopped in looking for a narrow table and a book-​shelf.
When I walked in the door a girl said, «Welcome to Ramos Furniture, did you need help»? I said yes and told her what I was looking for.
First thing she said was we really don’t have any book shelves and showed me a stand of pillows. She said those were the only book shelves they had and they were using them as a display. I touch one of them and they were so wobbly they almost fell over. So I asked for a narrow table like for behind a couch?
She looked at me like she didn’t want to be bothered and told me to go online.
IF I WANTED TO SHOP ONLINE, I WOULDN’T HAVE CAME IN!
I walked around the store to check things out and what did I find? Another book shelf but not what I was looking for. I’m looking for something not made out of cardboard, you know something that can actually hold books.
I noticed their furniture is mostly particleboard not well made.
Will I ever shop there again? Probably not.

Employees are very helpful and seem happy to be there. Also they aren’t pushy like most stores are. They ask what you are looking for and just help with suggestions and other products. I would recommend for anyone looking to buy nice furniture at a good price. Can’t wait to go back and buy the bed set I’m looking for!

My first experience with a furniture store. I walked in just wanting to shop around for a bed and see what was available and walked out with a deal. Manager greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and pointed me straight towards what I was looking for. Very happy because staff were not pushy or hovering over me every second as I was browsing. Even when I was undecided whether or not to buy they gave me different options as far as payments and ended up convincing me to buy.
