International House of Pancakes

If you eat here there is one thing you’ll get for sure… A ticking time bomb in your stomach that can erupt at any second.

I’m from Texas and have always enjoyed going to IHOP. That said, I’m furious with the IHOP in Madera, CA. My brother had gone there this morning to have his breakfast there. First of all, he had to wait forever before he got seated. Second, once he finally got seated, NO ONE ever greeted him at his table or brought him coffee or anything!!! Third, another gentleman walks in gets seated right away and shortly thereafter, someone greets him at his table and gets him coffee!!! The gentleman asked brother if someone had greeted him already. As brother got up to leave he told the gentleman no and walked out. To top it off, it was brother’s birthday!!! What a crappy way for his morning to start!!! For anyone to be treated this way, birthday or not, is unacceptable. Needless to say, from this point on I will NEVER go to the IHOP in Madera again!!! Because of the lack of customer service, IHOP doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! The 1 star rating was forced, apparently you cannot post without actually rating this horrible place!!!
