Great customer service! Thank you! We were driving through and we got the four berry and the acai kick smoothie! Super Yummy!

We love this place! I see some complaining about there not being many flavors but honestly-it’s Madera, and it’s just a small business fro-yo spot! I’m just happy there’s a fro-yo shop here! I think they have great assortment of fro-yo flavors and toppings. This place is always clean and fully stocked. I leave happy every time! Only suggestion I would give is to get some high chairs for the littles.

First off, let me say, I really wanted to like this place. Madera doesn’t have much to offer in the healthy desserts category and most of us can’t just run to Fresno whenever we’re craving some FroYo. But I’ve given them a few chances and I’m always disappointed. The yogurt is runny and the toppings are not fresh. Toppings taste like they sit there, uncovered, for months at a time. Plus, the staff is not friendly at all. One time, my husband and I went in to get the«no sugar added» vanilla and it came out as liquid. The lady who is usually working there asked us to wait 20 minutes and she would fix it. She said she would give us a discount for our trouble. We waited a half an hour and it still wasn’t working properly so we just took our half yogurt/half liquid to the counter to pay for it and she took off 10%. Yes, 10%…approximately 60 cents. I’m still surprised that people do business this way, but I guess when you’re the only frozen yogurt place in town you can get away with it. Personally, I’d say its worth the drive to go to Fresno where there are tons of excellent places to get good quality frozen yogurt.

No stars, but it wont post unless I pick at least one. Called to get closing time tonight and no answer nor recording with hours listed. Came to Unilocal and saw they were open til 10p.m. Let’s Go! Pulled up at 9:32 and its dark and closed. Gee thanks! Won’t do that again!

Good for Madera, wouldn’t last a day in Fresno. For anyone who lives in Madera, you know how exciting it is when something other than a new Mexican restaurant comes to town.(which is rare. Not that Mexican food isn’t amazing, but really? Nobody opening a business in Madera can cook anything else? I digress.) This place opened up when the fro-yo craze was popping in Fresno, and a lot of people were very pleased to see it. It’s a kinda small place, but it’s always clean. The downside is that customer service is practically nonexistent, as whoever works the counter almost always completely ignores me and just says the total. It’d be nice if they’d say hi or something. It’s not very nice to just make your customers feel all awkward and unacknowledged. The flavor of the frozen yogurt is what I kinda get iffy about. All the other good yogurt places in Fresno I’ve been to have really rich, creamy, basically soft-serve frozen yogurt that’s really flavorful. This place, however, has kinda watery yogurt, without much creaminess. The flavors are usually just bland and oversweetened. It’s not so terrible that it’s not edible, but it’s probably a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. The texture itself doesn’t even resemble that of frozen yogurt. It’s a kind of icy milk. I don’t really get it. There’s a pretty wide variety of toppings and syrups, which is cool, but I prefer good yogurt over good toppings. My main issue with the place is that the prices are a lot higher than some other places($.39 an ounce vs. $.30 at some other places with WAY better quality. It adds up.) This place charges a lot of money for a treat I can get 5x more of at Save Mart for the main price. I am willing to spend $ 5 on ice cream if it’s good and worth the price. For this place, it isn’t. That’s not to say I’ll never come here again, because I’m obviously not gonna drive half an hour just for better frozen yogurt. But this place has a lot of stepping up to do as far as value and customer service before I can consider it up to par with other places.

Pretty good for Madera, considering this is probably the only Froyo place in town. What I liked were the toppings, which had fresh fruit, mochi, and popping pearls. The service was good and friendly, even though I dropped hella toppings on the floor haha. Price per ounce over here is pretty cheap as well at $.39 cents an ounce. Very clean and well kept place here as well. I do wish there were a couple more flavors. I think over here there were only 8 flavors of yogurt to choose from, but the flavors which I wanted(Watermelon) was available, so I was fine with it. Good place. Hopefully it stays here for a long time.

Yay! Finally something other than Baskin Robbins here in Madera. It reminds me of Forte in Merced. Same type setup with a frozen yogurt bar. You choose the flavor you want, serve as much or as little yogurt as you want and put whatever toppings you want on it. It’s measured by weight on a scale up front so what you pay depends on how much you serve yourself. They also have smoothies which are pretty good. My only complaint is that I didn’t see any fresh fruit anywhere but it’s definitely a step up from the sugar-loaded«smoothies» with that weird aftertaste that that they sell at the local fast food places. The strawberry smoothie is excellent.
